Local seniors write and share memoirs taught by Kathryn Cowan, formerly memoirs instructor at Cabrillo College. This class returns from a break on Monday, September 20 with the invitation for new students to join. Please be prepared to read and share a two-page double spaced story, short memory. Join us on Zoom at 1pm on Mondays starting September 20th. Passcode: seniors. Gentle exercises are perfect for older adults wanting to increase circulation and flexibility.
Come enjoy gentle sitting stretches for the arms, shoulders, neck and torso with a few standing exercises for the legs and lower body as well.
