Wait staff did their best. Kitchen needs serious help. Waited 45 minutes for appetizers. Not servers fault. Steak overpriced. When you pay Waited an extra 45 minutes for reserved table, they never called us. We had to beg for a table. Food was cold. The windows were do smudged you couldn't see out. The view is gorgeous. Service was slow.

Food not good at all. Filet sent back twice. Ordered medium. Was NOT taken off our bill. Poor experience for our 25th anniversary. Be prepared to WAIT! Our reservations were at 8, seated at , received our appetizer at , and meal at The Only reason why we received the normal bread that comes with every meal, is because the bus-girl noticed us waiting for a while and asked if we needed anything. Our server was MIA and she and the restaurant manager took care of us for the remainder of the night.

Great food though! Prices are a little expensive. The scenery was breathtaking. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and she and the host who sat us acknowledged that and made it a great night.

Would definitely recommend Spinners Rooftop Grille!! After making a complete circle around the restaurant we finally receive our dinner Bread was stale with pasta Shrimp were hot ordered shrimp cocktail And was handed our check and not checked up on all dinner. So sad the restaurant has so much potential. Always fantastic and our favorite place especially for a special occasion!!! Over priced. Wish they would go back to the original Spinners. Presentation of our meals was much to be desired.

Our steaks came with a "sprig" of broccoli and some mash potatoes. We have been going there for the past six years. Sorry to say it will be a while before we return.

The best part of our whole mean was our server. I am also sorry that I do not remember his name. We made a reservation to have dinner in the late afternoon. Upon my arrival the waitress came by twice as I was waiting for the other party to arrive. Once my party arrived she was nowhere to be found. Once I flagged down the manager to grab her she showed up 5 min later and walked right passed us greeting a table next to us whose party moved from the bar.

We tried to get her attention and she started to give us attitude as if we were inpatient vs her having preferential treatment. She took our order and after 10 min never came to check on the table.

We then asked the manager to change our the waiters who was pleasant and attentive, however when our check arrived it was wrong as the previous one had items on there we did not order. The sad part is there was no ownership on the side of mngmt. My boyfriend and I have eaten at some of the top restaurants in the world. Stunning view, friendly waiter, and scrumptious food. His scallops were on point and my meal also did not disappoint.

We will certainly be back in the future! I loved this place! Dinner was amazing and such a cool experience being able to have such beautiful views. Although it is slightly expensive the food was amazing! Strongly recommend going here. I took my in-laws here for dinner tonight with the new menu and honestly I was embarrassed I recommended it.

Everything about what we had was no better than a basic burger joint. Tonight I felt like we ate cheap hamburgers on the 12th floor. It was just so disappointing. Service was horrible , food took forever and came out cold. Was very disappointed in ambiance and poor wait staff. Impossible to get attention of server. No rolls or butter when ordered. Three of four people served entree, fourth person served their entree after the other three had completed their entree.

Bus girl was over anxious, removed knife and fork before shrimp was swerved. It was necessary to eat with fingers. The noise level was unbearable. Would not recommend this venue. The experience was fabulous. The meatballs for app were excellent!

The staff were superb. Julie, Lester and Thomas took care of our need. Customer service was a 10 plus along with their professionalism, attitude and friendliness. The food was a 10 plus also. The 8 oz. Filet was butterflied to perfect tenderness.
